Small Group
Reading Instructions
Our small-group instruction provides students with the opportunities for flexible and differentiated learning. In smaller numbers, students have more chances to participate. The tutor will be able to monitor the student’s progress thus providing better and more individualized feedback and support. Small group instruction offers the tutor an opportunity to evaluate each student’s learning strength which will assist in breakdown concepts not easily understood or “breeze though” lessons that students firmly grasp.
Small-group instruction activities benefit students who blend into the background of large classes or are shy and encourage teamwork; inclusivity and collaboration. As small-group instruction means everyone participates and is working toward the same goal. The one-on-one attention they receive from small-group instruction activities can boost the confidence of students who may otherwise have a “hard” time joining the conversation.
